Based on a Phase 1 Initial Opportunity Assessment, the client requested a further assessment of the potential for hotel development in a town centre master-planned development in Western Sydney. Our work included recommendations as to market positioning and facilities configuration, projected operating levels, and financial projections. The objective of the in-depth research was to provide an initial hotel feasibility study aimed to inform the decision-making process in a changing master plan for the town center.
