A review of the commercial terms put forward by an operator in the Letter of Intent (LOI), and assistance with a strategy and negotiations to achieve client’s current strategy.
The scope of work included:
- Review the LOI with the cash flow projections, to identify and summarise options and recommendations for change.
- Advice on a strategy to achieve a revision of the commercial terms; and develop a mark-up of the LOI outlining preferred changes in commercial terms to negotiate with an operator.
- Negotiation of the changes to the LOI, to best meet client’s strategy.
